Terms & Conditions
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit (non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Full payment must be made no later than the event date, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other agreed methods.
- Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on costs already incurred in preparation.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the loss of the full payment.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, extreme weather, or government restrictions), bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Hire & Care of Decorations
- All hired décor items remain the property of Royal Decorations NZ Ltd.
- Clients are responsible for the care and safe use of all items during the event.
- Any damages, loss, or theft of items will be charged at the replacement value.
Setup & Collection
- Setup and collection times will be agreed upon in advance.
- Additional charges may apply for extended hire periods, late-night pack-downs, or extra labour requirements.
Venue Access & Permissions
- The client is responsible for securing venue access and obtaining any required permissions for setup and decoration.
- Royal Decorations NZ Ltd is not liable for delays or restrictions caused by venue rules or lack of access.
Liability
- While every effort is made to ensure safe and secure installations, Royal Decorations NZ Ltd accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by misuse of décor items or interference by third parties.
- Clients are encouraged to arrange their own event insurance if required.
Photography & Promotion
- Royal Decorations NZ Ltd reserves the right to take photos and/or videos of décor setups for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Force Majeure
- Royal Decorations NZ Ltd will not be held liable for any failure to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions).
Acceptance of Terms
- By booking with Royal Decorations NZ Ltd, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
